agreed Mattis was used for his skill/knowledge, a way for him to exit while supporting and helping optimize through his ways.. using the same people who have been given a deal in ways.. not perfect, but respectable humans. I think this is the pattern Q refers to. They are being used for their talents (MAGA SUPPORT IN THEIR WAY) and then they exit without being exposed… but I do not think Mattis is the Mad hatter… that is madness
