They didn't like Kelly much either. Always airing fake news about him bitching out WH staff. I'm reserving my right to wait to make my mind up about Mattis until we're given more intel. He oversaw the rejuvenation of our military and the absolute destruction of ISIS. Not to mention the plethora of other issues that have come up in the last two years. He was obviously good for several things or else GEOTUS wouldn't have kept in on for so long. Now that ISIS is done and our military is the strongest it's ever been his usefulness seems to have played out. Time will tell.
