That's the point you blithering nitwit. The first 4 digits could have been ANY combination with a CC at the end.

So 0001CC would have been a match, 0002CC would have been a match, etc. That means there were a possible 65535 (excluding the one matching to) matches.

For fucks sake, THERE ARE ONLY 4,194,304 POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Fuck, this isn't difficult unless you're stupid. You're stupid.

It's not wrong. The only digits are 0-9, A-F. Fuck, this isn't rocket science.

And the odds of any one position are exactly 1/16. The odds of any 2 positions are 1/16 * 1/16. Basic probability theory.

I gave you the formula. Fucking try to learn.

Pretty sure you didn't read my post about how to calculate the number. You're only matching 2 digits, the last 2. The first 4 can be ANY COMBINATION which would still work. There are only 4194304 possible combinations in a 6 digit hex number anyway. Is that really so hard to understand? There were 65536-1 possible matches out of 4194304 possible combinations.

65535/4914304 = 1/256 (approximately)

The anon must be a shill. It's pretty obvious that IDs are hex numbers, and I've said that at least a dozen times.

They make us all look bad. Really bad. Easy stuff like this needs to be shut down, particularly when digging is slow due to a lack of other activity.

They found plane parts anyway. Nobody wants to talk about that. It hurts their narrative. Plus all the witnesses that watched the plane do an about face in mid-air, in a way described as abnormal, i.e., as if it was being flown by someone that didn't know how.
