Looking for clues, and I noticed that the lead reindeer is Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer:
>the luminosity of his nose is so great that it illuminates the team's path through harsh winter weather.
Red Nose = light to dark
harsh winter weather = The Storm
The only other thing I noted is that there appears to be the top part of a Q or O inside of the perfect circle that contains the White House.
