I always loved the old… One ounce of gold will buy a toga and some sandals and a sash in ancent Greece. Today it will buy a nice suit some shoes an undershirt and maybe even a tophat or a watch or something. The idea is that the same ounce will buy a fine suit of clothes even thousands of years later. Most of the money (paper fiat) is held by a very few wealthy people and institutions. It appears that most all of them got wealthy through very dubious means and Potus just signed a document coming live in a few days that says that they can take assets and money from people dealing in pedo shit… Well I bet there is A LOT of pedo shit amongst the rich.
So 90% of the money in the world is at risk of seizure by the GOV. Lets say they take it all… and light it on fire. All the money from the rich assholes and the shitty companies they hold and run… I mean ALL OF IT. Trillions and trillions and trillions gone … poof. What is left. The tiny percentage that all of us have been passing around trying to stay alive right? Well if you then revalue the remaining currency to the physical gold that was recaptured/taken from the assholes, well you get a situaiton whereby those assholes take ALL THE LOSS and all of us get a vastly smaller money supply to deal with allowing for an easy revaluation of gold and backing of the currency because we basically just stole back all that was stolen from us then lit it on fire and started to use gold instead.
