I believe POTUS gave a clue, in his 12/20/18 Farm Bill tweet, as to when we might be seeing a lot of BOOMS. He said the signing was "in 15 minutes". He also mentioned Emmys. Advancing 15 minutes on the clock from 12/20 brings us to 1/4/19.

The week of 12/30/18 to 1/4/19 may be very significant.

We may be ringing in the New Year with a lot more than confetti and fireworks.
