Need of Information on Reporting
Long story short, I found a short series of acronyms and new code words on duckduckgo's search engine that leads to hardcore illegal porn forum sites that are basically mock-ups of the Chan's.
The sites send tons of viruses from different IP's witch indicates the forums/sites are using a bot net. Just to sum up the severity there is doctors sharing hidden cam pediatric videos/photos and much worse.
Does any one know a safe anonymous way to report these sites? Doing so could reveal the identities of the users/posters, since they operating on a site contaminated with trackers and viruses on the clear net.
I will not advertise the sites, but for any diggers who have the stomach.
