It should partially pay prisoners via savings acct so when they get out they have something for a start back in real world. And a partial to the state for their care as a part of the prison reform. They literally kick them out with nothing. Probably why they recommit crimes.

I don’t know… I just think that some of these men or at least Q and team had to have had years to plan this or it could not happen, I’m sure there had to be people who had to be on the bad side to get the intelligence to take down the cabal. I don’t know, it’s just a thought process.
I get that… but they can be re-education centers to teach skills, life skills and trades… they should be monitored for their ability to help people with low level crimes to have a chance when they get out.
