I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up yet, but I feel there's a crucial piece to FL aftermath unraveling:

We are tehnically witnessing an operation which may fall under the classification of state secrets/national security. Any exposure therefore could be considering blowing operation, agent, or asset cover. To the deep state we are basically acting like the enemy exposing their agents which "endangers" their ability to function.

When you frame it this way it is no wonder how much push back is being done!
