The cabal is a vast global network involving many wealthy and very powerful people at the very top of probably every society, every big organization, every government, the global media, and every part of the entertainment industry. It has been operating for hundreds of years before it morphed into its current form.
No way you're going to suddenly bring it down all at once. They would go 'scorched earth' and bring the whole world down with them. I'm sure its far more complicated than it looks to break these people. Have to take them out bit by bit. Attack their portals, dry up the money flow, seize their assets.
