If POTUS was going to "visit the troops" this would be scheduled, planned, and likely would be announced ahead of time to prepare. POTUS & official State visits take lots of manpower and effort to prepare for. It's not something that "just happens," as great as it sounds.
Yep. You think that is related, or just similar methods going on? My intuition / internal radar is just going off on this Turkey sighting, and I don't know why.
