each departure, then, marks the end of a phase/stage

of Q-team (WW) progress.

also marks the beginning of a new phase/stage

 

Pattern 2: Q comms are handed to a new team.

speculation –

"Q" is not one person.

"Q" is the communication arm of a world-wide group of experts

all working together (under the guidance of a small group)

to bring about simultaneous change in many domains, ww.

The work is completed in stages.

So, at any time a particular phase/stage is focused on.

When a phase/stage is "ascendant",

That group communicates to us what they are doing.

So, the Q team members communicating at that time

are from that team.

When they finish, Q comms mgmt is handed to the next team.

Q was handled by Adm Rogers' people till May 4, 2018

Q taught us about "Intel" and "Recon" and data collection, …

After May, 2018, the Intel team handed off to the Justice team

Q informed us of beginning prosecution and sealed indictments, …

After November 7, 2018, prosecution (Justice) was in place

Q handed control to Enforcemnt/Organization to prepare for arrests

Q reported on arrests/etc. POTUS called for arrests, …

After December ?, 2018, enforcement (MIL) is set up

Q comms will be handed to ???
