Spent hours digging. Def not Army, they don't have "recon" units, they have SF and Rangers and their patches/scrolls are well known. I think it's a small unit within Tactical Air Squadron TACAIR. Found this though, kinda similar.

Indeed. The Air Force are the only other branch that wears the "Multicam" pattern of the Army's uniform. Marines have their brown "digi's" still and the Navy wears their blue "digi's". Haven't seen that cropped before, good work anon, narrows the search a bit.
