Possible, but the ones I am referring to are military. SC is a Army FORT I believe. Then Gitmo. And Diego Garcia. all military bases/prisons.
Yeah, would have made a real mess. Luckily this way it is "By the book" all legal. No backlash that way. Charged, and convicted by the laws they broke.
