I have done some digging and I do not believe that you can identify Israeli made products from UPC codes. The beginning digits of the code are assigned by COMPANY and not by country.
Funny thing is that Made in Israel goods are imported, and have to say Made In Israel on the label. So why the fuss about UPC codes?
Most decoding is a solitary activity involving digging to find facts to back it up. Sometimes when you post what you have figured out. others will join in or reply. Sometimes not. If it is too silent post it all again later at a different time of day when a different crowd is here.

Those are randomly generated UUIDs, Uniform Universal IDs, that use an algorithm that is extremely highly very unlikely to ever generate the same number as someone else. Google UUID if you really care.
