Take vitamin K-2 (MK7 is best form) along with vitamin D-3. The best ratio of K-2 to D-3 is 100 mcg/10,000 IU.
While D-3 helps you absorb calcium, K-2 helps move it to the right locations (bones & teeth), away from soft tissue (i.e. arteries). Just doing this lowered my blood pressure to normal range in a few months.
