According to the talking heads in the Senate, there's a deal among the 4 leaders (McConnell, Schumer, Pelosi and Ryan (or McCarthy?)) plus Trump, that no deal will be voted until all 5 agree on it.

So months will go by, Trump will keep turning things down because of insufficient Wall funding or some offsets he doesn't agree to, and nothing will be voted.

And the Dems will surely be blamed the most. Congressional Republicans may get some flak too. And Trump won't be blamed at all, because it's Congress' responsibility to pass something and at least send it to his desk.

Congress has given away its power to fulfill its constitutional role, by giving Trump a hidden veto vote before something even goes to the House and Senate floor.

I don't see any way out for them. These people are stupid.

You have your assumptions about 9/11, but at this point they're nothing but assumptions. I don't believe they are correct. By all means, uncover what really happened.
