Yes and no, in my opinion. Yes, it is many of the same people that ran the previous Nazi Germany regime. I think overall though that WW2 was largely "staged" by both the Nazi regime and the so-called cabal (not sure about Hitler) to accomplish a few things:
1.) Creation of the state of Israel
2.) Infiltration of the United States of America to plant elements within for a future coup (pulled off with the assassination of JFK)
3.) Cover and reasoning (holocaust) for the future funding and support to Israel despite multiple crimes against humanity.
It always leads back to Rome, anyway.
