Under the Constitution or Federal Law, is there anything that can take place only when POTUS is out of the country and in a combat zone? Any temporary transfer of power or law enforcement/military activity? Just wondering if there was an additional reason POTUS snuck away to the ME. Maybe nothing.
I recall a post from yesterday showing a tweet saying Obama and both Clintons would be arrested 12/28. Anyone have it? Didn't make it to notables.
