Last month the entire 911 system went down for a few hours in multiple counties near me. CenturyLink provides service. Traced it back to work being done about hundred 100 miles away. Some moron cut a fiber optic cable. These people are not very smart. Threatened to charge me money and come in my house when I called about static due to mice chewing through wires in the junction box. Shit happens every fuckin year.
