ConstructionFag reporting re: RBG 17th floor digs.

If there is truly enough construction to close the floor, you do not have

the ability to accept a patient ESPECIALLY a high profile one.

The infection control apparatus that is installed once construction begins

is extremely thorough. Everything is taken in to account from entrance and egress

points to limit exposure, how to dispose of material, existing and new

ventilation, power requirements and noise restrictions.

It is not uncommon to shut down large portions of a hospital for a "small"

project due to how contaminants and power disruptions may effect

the safety.

No chance you can just "undo" these measures to bring in a high profile patient.
