When on the 4th drop, Q comes right out and states that Q is a LARP.

Otherwise it is a perfectly normal outdoor photo taken near midday on a slightly overcast day.
If you know where that stone cross is, you could even geolocate the photo. Mind you, it may be a new cross over GHWB and Barbara.
