Some bread is better than no bread.
My dad found about about fluoride in the 70's.
He didn't let dentists do rinses with it or anything. I've stayed 99% away from tap/bottled water that was fluoride'd. Used Toms of Maine mouth wash and tooth paste forever.
I'm fluoride free.
