The simplest explanation of the AF1 HEXCODE Tailcode as posted by Wikileaks, AE47C4 = 17 which equals Q.
If you review many of the graphics produced by various anons you can see multiple layers of messages are encoded simultaneously.
Therefore, AE47C4 = 17 = Q would be the first or primary layer of a multilayer message. Only digging will reveal the rest.
