So I think I've ID'd the OP in Q's photo, the one we've never found and who went under our radar.
ID - Elizabeth O'Bagy, the 'Syrian expert' who lied about her credentials however managed to convince the senate and house of what should be done in Syria.

Elizabeth was hired by Noname at the same time as the chemical attack, and traveled with Noname and Mouzaz at the secret meeting in Azaz (the Turkish / Syrian border) where Noname met ISIS and rebel leaders.
She was cited as being Media and Aid Director to Mouzas's org 'Syrian Emergency Task Force', however was removed when light of her fraud was exposed.
Is she CIA, Muslim Brotherhood, MOS? Let us dig and find out. What we find out will lead us to those who funded the Syrian war.
