Trying to find the source of what i remember seeing 10 years ago. Higher level science now, Ions and their conductivity when discharged in certain polluted air states. the ultraviolet effect is slowed to a wavelength for our eyes to see it as blue. Of course, what i was taught could have been total bullshit but made sense to my then 14 year old brain.
