delawareanon here, the corporation trust company you speak of is one of those tax loop holes.

essentially an "office" with a mailbox and a phone. per my understanding, everything that goes there is just then forwarded to where ever it needs to go.

all it is for is so major corps can say they are headquartered here and so they get the jurisdiction in delaware..

rumored to be the headquarters for the majority of the fortune 500. there's another company that does the same in de too but im forgetting the name at the moment.. it is smaller
