I think all the journalists are getting this wrong. I think the lawyers in this objection are referencing No Such Agency data collection techniques using the proverbial nude selfie, not referring to an actual nude selfie.
This could mean Mueller is trying to set precedent for including no such agency evidence in court cases involving national security and/or external threats.
