Causing a blue atmospheric pulse can only come from very few things. Considering it was followed by power outages it narrows it to one.
The blue pulsing is the key anon. Legitimately speaking from a technical standpoint there is only one thing that lasts ten minutes of blue pulse, a helicopter crash, power going out and that is a low grav EMP delivered by several methods either (theorized) satellite or micro drone.
Something is about to happen. No way power would be out this long with emergency services going down left and right. Plane fag update would be nice as deployments will tell us a lot.
