Don't know if any reports of this have come in yet, but 911 is down in most of Washington state. Reverse 911 call woke up most of my family.
Same here… Woke my kid up. Crying. He has hard time sleeping as it is. This doesn't help. We don't have a landline here anyways, we have Comcast internet and that's it.
CenturyLink was known as Qwest in the past, but changed names about 9 yrs ago give or take.
