Have food and water, but I'd have to rely on prayer for a lot. Some of us don't have as much to work with physically–like in terms of physical mobility–but anyone can prepare spiritually and psychologically.

Dream interpretation is a combination of archetypal meanings and your own personal symbolism (which is there, even if you don't consciously work with it). You can always relax deeply, bring an image to mind, and ask it what it is there to teach you.

Funny, I had a duck dream, too–giant floats with ducks, like the Macy's Day Parade. Not a pleasant dream. The years afterwards were dreary, as tho the mundane were elevated too much. But it gave me strength to put up with waiting. Good for Q work. Kek!

Just an optimistic story for fellow Washingtonanons. All most frens in the Big City are…surprise…liberals. Long time frens who have other things in common. On Christmas, a teacher started telling story after story (well, they were horror stories, actually, of stuff going on in the schools)….but it was good because she's waking up. I didn't say much, just wanted her to go at her own pace. She was angry but seeing the truth. And then, I said to another fren who was too quiet (scared), "You know, you don't have to do anything, it's good just to know what's going on, that's enough," and he looked relieved.
