Q says expand your thinking. Previous people might have seen Saudi-Arabia as one block, evil only. Expanding thinking it might be possible that that there is both good sections and evil section in Saudi. Russia:

Russia is the favourite bad guy, boogey man of MSM. If anything bad happens, it's Russia's fault. If any politicians needs to be tarnished, let's call them Russia's friends/agents. With things this black&white it's likely that Russia is run by anti-cabal since cabal always attacks Russia. What has happened in history I think is that cabal was behind Russian revolution 1917, that led to rise of Soviet Union. SU was run by cabal, it failed and patriots routed the cabal out of there. Now Russia is enemy of cabal, who wants Russia down and dominated.

When evil sections of SA were arrested then all strings were cut to nwo Democrats. Those D's have no backing and funding from SA anymore.

The cabal network is so huge (Q: bigger than you can ever imagine). You need to cut of connections, fundings, tools, means, … so that when a next phase starts they can resist less.

When Q says it is bigger than you can ever imagine, I think of somethink like 500k people in the whole network. near 100% of all multinational companies top brass, most of the top bankers, big chunk of top politicians, all royalties, … you can't be at the top unless you join voluntarily or involuntarily. imo.
