Congressman Louie Gommert had talked yesterday afternoon about a new law passed about phones with a prefix line out like 9 or 7, that this new law prevents phone systems to require that for 911 operations. Don’t quote me, but it has a girl’s name, and I think the daughter had tried to save her mom, but didn’t know to dial 9 or 7 to get out.
