The Failure of the United States’ Chinese-Hacking Indictment Strategy

 

The cyber indictment strategy is a central element of the United States’ response to the ravages of theft and destruction by China that it has suffered in the cyber realm in the last decade. Is the indictment strategy working?

A ConspiracyTheoryAnon might wonder if such a harsh US strategy against cyberspying might be consistent with rumors of a private server classified information being easily available to foreign hackers via a certain State Dept official.
