Silver has been controlled by a massive amount of paper contracts that the COMEX allows to be dropped on it . Billions of $ is just allowed to be 'sold' or dropped on it to contain the price.

 

COMEX has been complicit the entire time. There was a silver manipulation 'investigation' a few years ago and that was ran by one it's commissioners, Fart Chilton. Total POS imo.

How he has a tv show on RT is beyond my scope.

 

It is a criminal operation and it's allowed because no one enforces the rules at any of the exchanges.

 

As far as a basket of comms..certainly it would need to be this way. China/Russia already doing this. It all needs to work with a verification procedure that makes sure no one can do what is done at the COMEX.

Enter block-chain technology…do not confuse this with bitcoin. All crypto's are tokens tied to block-chain tech.

 

Can't answer the third one as many factors such as manipulation over decades and we really do not have a clear picture of how much is really out there of any of them.

Suppressing the price keeps it off the radar. During the run from $9-$49 it was very much in everyone's sights.

They did use a massive amount of silver for the calutrons to process uranium for the war. That program kept going into the early to mid90s. Gets murky about what happened to all of it. Rumor is that the clintons shut the oak ridge facility down to scavenge the silver. What they did with it remains a mystery.
