You misunderstand who Israel is and what happened to them as a chosen people. Their house is left unto them desolate. (Mat 23:38). Their mission as God's people is over. That mission went to the Gentiles who started the Christian church. The Apostles helped with the transition. The Christian church today is the heirs of the promise (Gal 3:29); They're the spiritual Israel who's tasked to finish the job what Judaism failed to do.
Every Jew has to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and Messiah to be saved. Judaism is part of their national/historical identity, but as God's messengers they're no longer relevant. The religion/faith is meaningless. The problem is that it's difficult for them to accept their fate because their identity is tied to the mission. We as Christians need to stop treating them as if they're still God's people. They're not. We need to claim our role as leaders of God's mission and stop pandering to the Jews; wasting our donations on their 3rd temple goals. There's a reason Muslims exist today. God's using them to hold back (((their))) misguided plans.
