They Are trying to classify “increased rate of fire” accessories as NFA items falling under the same category as “machine gun”

 

They are not specifically looking at bump stocks…

 

Your skewed on your definition, that’s not how the ATF views it. They are trying to classify any device that accelerates the “rate of fire” as falling under NFA regulation.

This can include something as simple as an enhance trigger group.

Anything that you pull trigger then allows more rounds from that one pull is the issue.

 

THE REASON THAT THIS ^^ IS NOT THE “ISSUE” AT HAND is because that has already been ruled upon by the ATF! They have already created regulation and given definitions. So that isn’t the issue! They are reviewing and redefining THAT IS THE ISSUE and you should educate yourself on the matter!
