There are also genuine people in those positions who want to do good. Goes both ways.

no. it isn't that simple. what happens when everyone moves? doesn't make a lick of sense. how can you move when you can't afford the few thousand dollars for a security deposit while you are looking for a new job? how do you find a place to live in a new state/city while working? hotel costs, travel costs, etc. not feasible.
Yea that's why I said consider it. I'm here still. But I also continue to question everything and everyone. I would only hope others do the same.

The easiest way to look at it is that governments are run by rich people with rich interests. Every poolicy is in place for them to make money, not for your safety or well being, that is just a secondary factor. Primary incentive is always to put money in the hands of the wealthy.
They want you to be slaves. They want to give you some fancy phones and TV's so you think life is cushy and cool and fun. Then they want you to conveniently ignore the fact that you paid a whole weeks pay for these trivial things.
