Why are there such powerful negatively oriented beings in this universe?

Is it just in the 3rd and 4th dimensions they exist?

Are there beings who advance to 5th and greater dimensions?

Do those beings learn to be good to get there?

You would think negative or evil orientation would be regression…even from a 3rd dimes Iona’s perspective.

I get there is free will and choice in this universe hence both good and evil exist, but I fail to see how it is allowed to gain the power it has achieved on earth.

The beings who have controlled us for so long are said to be Annunaki, very advanced beings, great builders, etc…….yet they eat babies…
