So let them take technology and manufacturing for farming? Nope, not our problem that they completely overpopulated their country without allowing for the land to feed it. They will take the rice regardless if they need it and they do. They gave up nothing as of yet. Put the full tariffs in effect January 1st and watch them squirm.
