Ok we've had multiple and rather spectacular transformer and wire electrical displays in several vids. NYC, NOLA, and LA. At night. I am wondering is there something going on with solar weather. With govt shutdown, solar weather is up but no reason to post it. Yesterday was a small ejection, but nothing to tale out all these transformers.
Given many engineers are getting laid off and jobs "contracted out" or done by Asian (Chinese) engineers, could this be software virus or simply the results of too much deferred maintenance coming to roost. Oh, that just a sun lit funnel cloud.
Please let it be in 2018, that will be glorious.
