Sorry to bust your bubbles but go and look at this case in PACER. This case was dismissed and the Plaintiff was barred from filing anymore lawsuits. I’m not an attorney but I do read thousands of different cases around the country and I understand the FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedures).
So appears it's old and gone through the wash…
