Your claim to "doxx" Q doesn't make any sense, as many in the media have, already, run with the whole microchip story. You think you've found an additional piece. The "mastermind" who actually gave a couple poor internet trolls enough brain cells to pull off Q. You think you know who that person would be.
It's certainly possible Q team is familiar with that person and that they studied his prose and forum exploits… Much as you have - but you're not able to find the connection between him and microchip.
That's because there is none.
