Almost looks to me like they are operating a shadow government.

On their Client/Partner page (sauce above) there are direct links that take you to what looks like shadow military, health, commerce, etc. with websites that appear to be authentic gov websites but some have CEOs/partners/agents rather than actual government. At top of each site, it says you know its authentic as it says .gov or .mil ???? Not sure about this Sauce links to verify below:
