All of these bloodlines are very difficult to pin down and figure out who really sits at the top. There are bloodlines that control different aspects of the game for different purposes. The Li family may not be the one that holds accient occult power and is an important player nonetheless. At the end of day, probably no one bloodline is more powerful than the other as each holds certain important leverage against each other. Heck.
