According to wikipedia, he's a British-Iraqi billionaire who owns General Mediterranean Holding, headquartered in Luxembourg. He's also been honored by the Vatican, the City of London, among others.
According to a lawsuit filed in Iraq, he was Saddam Hussein's money man in Europe who supplied Saddam with chemical weapons from Europe that were used to gas the Kurds in 1988.
And according to UPI, he is Saddam Hussein's COUSIN and major shareholder of the large French bank, BNP Paribas
So Barack Hussein Obama's 2008 Presidential Campaign was initially funded by the cousin of Saddam Hussein.
Maybe this is the reason why Q calls Hussein Hussein?
