I am going to find this book but the premise that Hitler had a "Handler" at any time during his rise and fall is pretty fucking stupid in my book. Yes, people did business with him but nobody told him what to do. Closest you really could get to a handler would be Dr. Theo Morrel. He was Hitlers drug dealer, from his first injection in '32 until 2 days before Hitler shot himself he was never out of ear shot.
