Not sure if this is the same notebook but here is the link to download it into dropbox.
Story is the notebook was found in a hotel room and the author an MK Ultra victim/whistleblower. Lots of details- and a q-anon follower. It needs a dig from you anons that are better at it than I. I have read the whole thing - the details look to be authentic.
I am however a little suspicious, not sure why, she talks about wanting POTUS to know to help keep her safe then why didn't she just post the info here so that Q would see it.
