From this article and the Mattis resignation letter & the J. Kelly interview - it does not sound as if either man is one of the "less than 10" people 'in' on The Plan.
It maybe be disinfo, since Q mentioned both Mattis & Kelly in post 2637 saying Departure Warfare/MIL
It's interesting to me that POTUS hasn't/doesn't bring in anybody - even Generals who are close to him on what at least some of his plans are.
He continually keeps people around who are decidedly NOT on board with his vision/plan.
I am so glad he shares The Plan with us.
