Internet Bill of Rights

 

-Should be modeled exactly on the original.

 

-We SHOULD make an Internet Bill of Rights.

 

-We petition the government. With enough voices, that is a demand, not a request. The reason we have the second amendment is if the government refuses to address that demand, we have recourse. Remember, numbers are important in this context.

 

-The Petition sets up the mechanism for the class-action suit.

 

-It serves notice upon the violators that because our rights cannot be given away on a technicality, and by using reams upon reams of complicated and expensive legalese, they placed an unfair burden upon one of the parties to the contract. Contracts are unenforceable if not fully understood or are under unequitable terms. By serving that notice, our rights are reasserted and are placed back in full force upon pain of law. ALSO, Because they wove themselves so thoroughly into our lives, this is also a mechanism to treat them as utilities, subject to more scrutiny.

 

-That in turn sets up the mechanism to break up the monopolies.

 

-The government will review and is now able to make a case because we the people have documented and asserted an ongoing violation of our rights, in parallel. We will win.

 

-It all ties in.

Okay. Not a problem -

 

The idea of this board is to construct evidence, in parallel, of what we suspect, and turns out to be worse than we believed. Because of how bad it was, we were at the tipping point. We make up the government. Q/Trump have executed a plan, but they are doing so WITHIN the confines of government, and since there are still traitors, weasels, etc. It's up to us to actually force the levels of power to move.

 

So. What are we trying to accomplish?

 

We have two fold issue here:

 

We know that belief is actually a factor in things and that autists and meme warfare are important.

They are important because they have a larger than normal impact due to our nature. We are here to present facts in order to break the spell that has been weaved over our unfortunate fellow citizens. Red-pilling them. This is a very literal system of how our reality works.

 

In doing so, the very thing we're fighting, big tech, has acted upon in overt manners and violated our civil rights, and will most likely do so in more egregious ways until we stop them. They have attempted to enforce this through technicalities, which are duplicitous and the very problem we have with our laws in the whole "Technically legal".

 

Our current LEGAL method is to petition the government and assert our rights.

 

This kicks off the process of, well, taking the tech companies down and getting a "Free" internet as a regulated and properly accountable entity.

 

It also breaks any idiotic contracts they have tried to force upon us. It serves force of notice upon them that any and all contracts are hereby severed as rights cannot be given away. They just ARE. The moment a slave decides to be free, they serve notice either through statement or violence. Do you see?

 

100K is the threshold? Then go for 300 million. But we need to get it done, and it should follow the beautiful logic behind the original, unamended BOR. At the very least, think about how the the BOR amendments have been slowly whittled away by added complications from entirely failable humans.

 

This is the mechanism. This is how the relationship and our place as citizens functions in the micro and macro.

 

We reset this beauty to Day One and watch this country ROAR.

We the People hereby state that we believe that a conspiracy to deprive Americans of their civil rights has been committed by Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, etc. "Big Tech" - This list in not exclusive.

 

They have sought to control every aspect of our life without proper oversight, disclosure, or just compensation. They have obtained their control through deception and undue burdensome contracts attached to essential services.

 

In accordance with natural law, and our original Bill of Rights, we hereby petition the government to use all the investigative and regulatory powers available to it in making us whole and ensuring the internet is no longer subject to the tyranny of the few.

 

We petition our government to create an Internet Bill of Rights that is modeled exactly in spirit as the original bill of rights applies offline.

 

Within the borders of the America the Constitution applies to all entities.

I'm going to think a bit on the others, but this one is easy. Natural rights are possessed regardless. They are inherent. The constitution spells out the important ones because the document isn't just an assertion of those rights, it tells the government they exist regardless of what it does and may not be taken away. We're currently dealing with the US, but I also believe that applies to all humans around the world.

 

It might be helpful to illustrate that in the petition. Many have been conned into think it's permission from the government. It very much is not. There have been some excellence law professors with blogs working on spreading that knowledge.

 

Apologies if this is disjointed. So much going on and time is… fluid, it seems.

 

As far as the rest, there's another simpler version being pushed that I think has potential. The only thing is it doesn't seem to have the legalese needed for government to act. There are important phrases needed. Perhaps using the draft of amendments I posted, combined with the simplified version as an explanation? I worry it will become too long winded. (Also, once we get it settled, print it out and pamphlet off-line as well. Post it on bulletin boards, public areas, etc.)

 

"Big tech" is a placeholder in my mind. Completely agreed on that. I'm not sure how to phrase that, but it provides the target for an investigation. Remember, we;ve been connecting the dots.

 

I agree it's better to simplify the language, but my personal belief is it must be very clear that this is modeled on the original with no riders, qualifiers, etc.. I'm trying to get the basis going, the language can be simplified without losing it's impact, but it needs to be clear, firm, and assertive. Because it is a command. We are no longer slaves. We are casting off our chains and this is the notice.

 

The original BOR lays out the process and protections to get the rest rolling IMO.

 

Regarding the second and self-defense. I think it is important to point out that we're under attack by the very signals within the infrastructure themselves. We have a right to self defense, and that self defense can be anything from hanging traitors to a mechanism that allows for the dissolution and distribution of assets to the aggrieved parties.

 

I'll work on tightening things up on my end and would love to see what others come up with.

 

Top points: -It should state we must be made whole.

-Illustrate that there has been a conspiracy to deprive civil rights. That IS a big one. It gives the government more powers to investigate and prosecute

-Illustrate that we have conducted our own investigations and have evidence. Not only that, but they are furthering the conspiracy by trying to prevent that evidence from coming to light.

-Assert the same rights as the constitution. Freedom of association expression religion, self-defense, free from quartering enemy, surveillance, etc.

-Serve notice that all contracts are hereby dissolved and the reasoning.

To tack on I believe we should use "Entity" instead of government. Entity covers a spectrum of actors and preserves the spirit of the law, rather than the technicality so many like to use by stating it only applies to government. Related thought. (((They))) anticipated this or tried to shape it. Each of our discoveries of the meanings behind certain phrases they've been using have been twisted to make it unpalatable to the average person. ("Live your truth" by duplicitous snakes, "Free internet" by the crazy college zombies, etc.)

 

But it's a double edged sword. It could actually help us to craft the language of "Free internet" in an attractive manner to the other side as well. I'll ponder it on my end and pray that others "hear a muse".

Preamble is good. I understand your work and frustration but I don't think your language will work. There are actual legal terms needed. "Conspiracy to deprive a citizen of civil rights" is necessary IMO.

 

I don't know what language could be changed to come to a meeting between our phrasing. Maybe
